The W - C.A.T. Program was created out of necessity in the midst of the 2001 Louisiana Serial Killings.

An organization by the name of C.A.S.K. (Citizens Against Serial Killers) sought to find a program that women of all ages, from all walks of life could learn fast, but which was more effective than what was already being taught. A program stripped of the un-essentials. A program designed to teach a smaller, weaker individual how to STOP a bigger, stronger attacker cold in their tracks.
