Our curriculum is very diverse, in that we offer our students a very broad range of styles and systems to choose from. We do this in the hopes of making our students more complete and well-rounded Martial Artists.

Western Boxing is a great base system because it teaches the student very important lessons that they will need throughout their entire Martial Arts journey. Points such as keeping your hands up, head and body movement, impact training, as well as proper breathing are stressed. Boxing is also a great way to get in shape and stay there.

TaeKwonDo is known for its effective kicking skills as well as its focus and disciplined training methods. The focus is on power, flexibility and endurance. Because of this, TKD makes a great base art to train in, and taught along with Boxing, will form the student into a highly disciplined and efficient Martial Artist.

Taking the concept of using whatever works, Bruce Lee would borrow from many different styles, systems, and training methods in the hopes of making himself a more complete fighter.

Students are taught how to easily FLOW from kicking, into punching, into trapping, to ground fighting. Students are able to enhance their attributes such as coordination, timing, speed, endurance and agility, as well as learning how to effectively defend themselves in a REAL attack. They will receive all this using innovated training methods developed by Sijo Bruce Lee and Guro Dan Inosanto.

The Filipino Martial Arts/Silat

The Filipino Martial Arts are extremely diverse in that they teach skills in every area of Combat.

Drills and Techniques are taught in a fluid, non-restrictive manner to enhance the students natural attributes and improve their sense of timing, speed, awareness, agility, and confidence.

The weapon is taught first and once the student starts to develop ease of movement and flow, the empty hand skills of the FMA will be introduced.

Obtaining the ability to flow in Combat is the ultimate goal. The student attempts to smoothly move between the ranges without any disturbance in the transition. This requires skills in all the ranges, with and without weapons. The ability to group motion together continuously, and the sensitivity to fit the techniques to that of the opponents will be learned. These attributes create a smoothness in Combat which is called the Flow.

The FMA also teach the student how everyday objects such as umbrellas, canes, flashlights, etc., can become effective tools for Self-Defense.

Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand. A martial art with origins in the battlefields of the Siames (or Thai) army. Translated into English as Thai Boxing.

Thai Boxing places emphasis on the physical conditioning and cardiovascular benefits.

Utilizing the practitioner's natural weapons - elbows, knees, kicks, and punches - Thai Boxing can become a devastating form of Self-Defense.

Thai Boxing is quickly gaining popularity in the U.S., thanks to the enduring efforts of Ajarn Chai Sirisute and Guro Dan Inosanto.

Most fighters panic once they are lured outside of there environment or "comfort zone" in which they have been trained. To allow that "lure" to become a tool, we must become Complete Martial Artists, able to fight in ALL ranges.

Borrowing from many different ground fighting systems, students are taught how to not only execute offensive techniques but also how to defend against their opponents attacks.

Students will learn how to read their opponents intentions and put a stop to them so that they are able to quickly get back to their feet.

Throws, takedowns, submissions, and body control/positioning will be taught.

Learning what to do if we find ourselves fighting from the ground is an important step in becoming a well-rounded Martial Artist.
